Monday 2 May
Host: Destination Hardanger Fjord (DHF).
Arrival Bergen airport. Pick-up at airport and drive to Lofthus (by DHF).
Pressconference at airport (by DHF). NRK and BT.
The Hardanger council makes a press release in advance.
Dinner and overnight at Hotel Ullensvang, Lofthus.

Tuesday 3 May
Host: Ullensvang municipality and cultural school.
11.30 Review of the programme.
Meet chief executive in Ullensvang, Tone Tveito Eidnes.
Managing director of the Hardanger council Leiv Vambheim.
14.00 At Sekse. Rehearsal with teacher/sensei Lajla Storli.
Dinner and overnight at Hotel Ullensvang, Lofthus.

Wednesday 4 May
Host: Ullensvang municipality and cultural school.
13.25 Departure ferry from Kinsarvik
13:55 Arrival ferry at Utne Meet teacher at the quay.
14.00 Rehearsal. Teacher/sensei Aleksander R?ynstrand.
Transfer to Granvin, meet teacher/sensei Knut Hamre.
Guests at concert in Granvin in the evening.
Dinner and overnight at Jaunsen Gjestgjevarstad, Granvin.

Thursday 5 May
Host: Granvin municiality and cultural school, by headmaster Arnstein Klovning.
Teacher/sensei Knut Hamre organizes the day. Roundtrip in Granvin ? meet Ingeleiv Kj?rland and others.
Meet the Junior Hardangerfiddle players of Granvin.
Dinner and overnight at Jaunsen Gjestgjevarstad, Granvin.
*On Thursday 5 May a journalist from NRK + cameraman will follow the two together with Knut Hamre in Granvin for interviews, fiddleplaying and a rehearsel with the Hardanger junior hardangerfiddleplayers.
NRK will make a radioprogram and a TV-production from this day.

Friday 6 May
Host: Hardanger Folk Museum and Hordaland county council by Frank Rolland.
Transfer to Utne in the morning.
Participate in preparations for concert the next day, listening practice and own practice by teacher/sensei Frank Rolland.
Dinner and overnight at Utne Hotel, Utne.

Saturday 7 May
Host: The Hardanger council
14.30 Take part in the 100th anniversary celebration of Hardanger Folk Museum.
You are the guests of the the Hardanger council and Hardanger Folk Museum.
Overnight at Utne Hotel, Utne.

Sunday 8 May
Day on your own.
Dinner and overnight at Utne Hotel, Utne.

Monday 9 May
Host: Hardanger Folk Museum and
Hordaland county council by Frank Rolland.
Study the folk music collection ? listening and practice.
Transfer to Ulvik in the afternoon.
Dinner and overnight at Brakanes Hotel, Ulvik.

Tuesday 10 May
Host: Ulvik municipality
Program by Frank Rolland and more.
Planning of concert in Eidfjord.
Rehearsal and practice.
Dinner and overnight at Brakanes Hotel, Ulvik.
*On Tuesday 10 May Frank Rolland will take them to Bergen to the studio of NRK for a national, live television program with interviews and playing (playing the fiddles in advance same day will be taped and sent during the program).

Wednesday 11 May
Host: Ulvik municipality and the cultural school by headmaster Erlend Styve.
14.00 Pratice with local students. Teacher/sensei Knut Hamre Dinner and overnight at Brakanes Hotel, Ulvik.

Thursday 12 May
Host: Eidfjord municipality and the cultural school by headmaster Bj?rne M?en.
Transfer to Eidfjord.
Meet the Hardanger council in Eidfjord ? miniconcert.
14.00 Pratice with local students.Teacher/sensei Aleksander R?ynstrand?
Outdoor concert at Fossatromme/Fossli hotel?
Dinner and overnight at Eidfjord Fjell og Fjord Hotel, Eidfjord.

Friday 13 May
Host: Eidfjord municipality and the Hardanger Council
Sightseeing in Eidfjord ? by mayor Anved Johan Tveit/Leiv Vambheim Transfer to Granvin in the afternoon.
You are guests and artists at the evening concert (R?ynstrand/Tveiten/Hoslemo)
Dinner and overnight at Jaunsen Gjestgjevarstad, Granvin.

Saturday 14 May
Host: Ullensvang municipality OR Kvam municipality Transfer to Lofthus OR Kvam in the morning Program of your choice ? be the guests of Ullensvang OR Kvam.
You are guests and artists at the evening concert at Agatunet.
Host: Frank Rolland. (Spindel: Moldestad og Kroken)
Overnight at Hotel Ullensvang OR Hardangerfjord Hotel, ?ystese.

Sunday 15 May
Host: Destination Hardanger Fjord
Return to Bergen airport Flesland for return to Japan.
DHF arranges transportation.
